At EXIT Realty 1ST Class we are proud to announce our one year anniversary of serving the Fayetteville community on May 15th, 2007.  Founded in 2006 by Tom and Charlotte Vick, EXIT Realty 1ST Class grew from one agent to 18 agents within 6 months.  Both Tom and Charlotte are North Carolina natives.  Charlotte is retired Army with 16 years at Fort Bragg in special operations units.  She has five years of real estate experience.  Tom has 28 years experience in sales and finance.  We at EXIT Realty 1ST Class want to extend our thanks to the Fayetteville area, residents, and the realtors of the Fayetteville Association of Realtors for our massive growth and success during our first year.
